Implant Supported Dentures

Hybrid Dental Implants

Benefits of Implant-Supported Dentures

For those who have lost full sets of teeth, it can be embarrassing to speak, eat, and even smile. Through implant-supported dentures full arch teeth replacement, no obstacle is too large and can be the solution for you! They can either be permanent or removable, depending on the patient’s lifestyle. The procedure for permanent implant-supported dentures consists of four hybrid dental implants in the mouth to secure the dentures in place. This is called an All-on-4 implant, which allows you to replace a full set of teeth at once instead of replacing each lost tooth individually.

Benefits of All-on-4

Many patients with lost teeth prefer this procedure because you can replace an entire set of teeth in just one day with only one surgery. All-on-4 dental implants also cost less than replacing individual teeth, and the implants won’t loosen or shift.

Implant-Supported Removable Dentures

Traditional dentures rely on dental adhesive and mouth muscles in order to stay in place. They also sit on the gums, while implant-supported removable dentures, a service we provide, sit securely in place through dental implants drilled into the upper or lower jawbone. Implant-supported removable dentures, such as all-on-4 dental implants, are a great option if you don’t have the bone mass to support fixed, or permanent dentures. They are an affordable choice for those who don’t mind taking out their dentures at the end of the day to be cleaned.

Permanent Dentures

Permanent implant-supported dentures, although require much more bone and tissue support, are not removable and act like normal sets of teeth. Implant-supported dentures can help you forget you ever had problems with missing teeth. However, the best way to determine which implant-supported method is best for you and your full arch replacement is to book an appointment with us for a consultation. We are more than happy to discuss your oral health with you and help you find a solution to the embarrassment of tooth loss.

Comparing Implant Dentures Vs. Traditional Dentures

Due to tooth decay, cavities, periodontal disease, or injury, many people seek out solutions for their tooth loss. There are several options, including permanent or removable implant-supported dentures and traditional dentures. Generally, implant-supported dentures provide a better quality of life compared to their counterpart due to its high functioning and beautiful properties. On the other hand, traditional dentures are held in place with bracing and are removable at any time for cleaning. However, with repeated snapping in and out of the prosthesis, it is common for wear and tear on the attachment to occur. Most people prefer implant-supported dentures, permanent or temporary, for this reason.

It is important to note that permanent implant-supported dentures require a large amount of bone mass in the jaw in order for the procedure to be successful. We do provide bone grafting services if needed. If you have any questions about which procedure is best for you, call our office at (480) 962-1500 to book a consultation today!

What Our Patients Are Saying

Okay listen. I started going to this office when I lived five minutes away. I moved about thirty minutes away and this is still the place I go to… I HATE the dentist. But by golly I love MY dentist. I am so grateful I found this group of people to help me out with something I dislike so much.

Dentist trips aren’t my favorite thing, but honestly I’m looking forward to going back because all the girls were so sweet and the dentist was super cool too. They made me feel comfortable and were so accommodating. The place was fresh & clean and they had all the nice new technology. Totally recommend!!
